FAST DELIVERYOur 41,000 square foot warehouse, means that in most cases your item will be in stock. We aim to ship your order either on the same day, or on the next working day after we receive it. Every order is a priority order! Our whole order process is designed to get your order out the door and on its way to you in the shortest possible time so you aren’t left waiting. We aim to dispatch every in-stock order placed before 12pm that day (Mon-Fri). Once we have done our bit we hand your parcel over to our delivery partners and they do the rest. |

WARRANTIESAll new professional dryers and blasters we sell are covered by our 12 month collect & return warranty. UK and Ireland only (Postcode exclusions apply). All new electric table motors and hydraulic table pumps are covered by our 12 month warranty. All new professional clippers are covered by our 12 month warranty. All warranty repairs are subject to inspection. During warranty period an acceptable level of maintenance is expected. Normal wear and tear on certain parts are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. In cases of wear and tear or poor maintenance, the warranty will be void and the repair will be subject to a charge. It is the senders’ responsibility to package these warranty repairs to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We advise you to return the Item in it’s original packaging. When sending back large items, which were delivered on a pallet, must be palletised prior to collection. Refurbished items are subject to the warranty terms detailed in the product description at time of sale. |
DELIVERY NOTEPlease inform us, when ordering, if there will be no one available at your address to sign for goods when they arrive, as our courier will not deliver without a signature.
