Who is Love Mud Dog Lady?

Caroline Donoghue is an award winning and experienced dog groomer who runs Lovemud dog Grooming. She has 11 years’ experience, and takes pride in offering a unique 121 tailored grooming service from home, which focusses on canine behaviour, welfare & the dogs happiness! Caroline educates new groomers and dog owners via her social media content where she has a 420k strong following (across platforms).

Last year Caroline also launched “Lovemud Lessons”- online seminars for new dog groomers and owners to help them learn more. Caroline's teaching technique is loved by her audience as she educates people in her unique, engaging & dog (crazy) loving way!

Caroline’s profile has risen with multiple media appearances on BBC News, BBC local radio and ITV’s This Morning when she appeared with Dr Scott Miller to discuss everything grooming!

Caroline has a background in brand marketing and developed her Lovemud grooming business with a big brand mindset and accompanying growth ideas. Through university she followed her sporting passion and completed a BSc (Hons) in sports science at Brunel University, and then channelled her brand interests with an MSc in Sports Management specialising in marketing & sponsorship. She gained 8.5 years Sales & Marketing experience in the Alcoholic Drinks industry with Bacardi-Martini. 11 years ago she combined this marketing background with her love of dogs to create Lovemud - a positive & empathetic grooming experience for canine clients.

Caroline is a single mum to 7 year old Maxie and to a 10 year old spaniel Lolly Dog! Being widowed in 2017 hasn’t made for the easiest of journeys… but it has given Caroline a positive outlook and a drive to make a difference and help others.
