A specific customer record card box designed especially for groomers! This stationary will help get you organised by having all the correct information in the correct place right at hand when you need it and history on previous grooms. The Customer Record Card has customer contact details, questions about the pet health and behavior, medication, likes/dislikes, wart map, style notes, price charged and also owner consent terms and conditions. These are available in 100 or 250 packs. The Continuation Cards continue the back of the Customer Record Card with lines for dates, notes and fees. These can be stapled together or why not put together in the Protective Sleeves. The Protective Sleeves are strong plastic sleeves which stop the cards getting wet or dog-eared and can be used to keep cards together. The Alphabetical Index Cards are used to keep your box organised and can be used as replacements in the Starter Kit box when they get worn. The Appointment Starter Kit contains 250 Customer Record Cards, 50 Continuation Cards, 100 Protective Sleeves and Alphabetical Index Cards, all contained in a strong plastic box.

This starter kit will help get you organised and project a better image to your clients. These cards hold all relevant information such as pet's name, vaccination details, temperament information (barking, biting etc), skin complaints and owner contact details. You can also add notes regarding specific likes/dislikes and which blade was used during grooming.
